The Clarity Session

You’ve worked through my “Stop Guessing Where AI Fits” business process review.

Now let’s work out what your next high-impact step is.

You're excellent at what you do. You can read a room, write a proposal that gets a yes, and deliver work that clients come back for.

But you've been too busy delivering to build the structure around what you do.

So you carry on carrying on but you know it feels unsustainable -

  • You spend Sunday evening rewriting a proposal because the last version wasn't quite right.

  • You turn down work because you're at capacity, even when you could use the revenue.

  • And every time you sit down to work out where AI could help, it's not clear where to start.

This is what the Clarity Session is for.

It’s a focused 60-minute review of the output from my “Stop Guessing Where AI Fits” business process audit. You send me your completed worksheet in advance, and we use the session to sense-check your shortlist, refine your priorities, and work out the most sensible next step.

Not every task needs AI. Some are better solved with a template, a checklist, a process change, delegation, or by stopping doing them altogether. The point is to help you decide what’s actually worth tackling, and how.

Why this works
I'm not here to sell you on AI. I'm here to help you work out what's actually worth your time and what isn't.

Twenty years of business change expertise means I know how to see what matters in a business quickly. And my MSc research into how small professional service firms actually adopt AI means the advice is grounded in how businesses like yours really work, not how the tools are marketed.

You bring strategic thinking and change management expertise, not just AI training. That makes the difference for people like me who need to understand the why, not just the how

The Clarity Session - £99

60 minutes.  We look at:

  • The tasks you shortlisted in the worksheet

  • Which ones are worth takling first

  • Where AI could help

  • Where a non-AI solution would make more sense

  • What your realistic next steps are

You get a short written summary afterwards confirming or refining your shortlist and outlining sensible options for how to tackle it.

A note on data & confidentiality

If you're cautious about data and confidentiality, you're right to be.

Here's exactly how this works.
The session runs over a private, encrypted video call (Microsoft Teams).  You send me your completed worksheet in advanced, and I use that plus our conversation to prepare your short written summary.

If you're happy for the call to be recorded, I may use the transcript to help prepare that summary more accurately.  If not, I'll work from notes.

I use ChatGPT Enterprise and/or Microsoft365 Copilot to help prepare the written summary.

FAQs

What if I haven't done the worksheet yet?

Start there first.  The session works best when you come with a completed 'Stop Guessing Where AI Fits' worksheet; it doesn't take long to complete (it can be as quick as 15mins).

What if I'm not sure my shortlist is right?

That’s completely fine. Part of the session is working out whether the tasks you picked are actually the right ones to focus on.

What if AI isn't the answer?

Also fine.  I won't push AI where a template, process change, delegation or a simpler fix would make more sense.

What do I get at the end?

A short written summary confirming or refining your shortlist and outlining sensible next-step options. That’s the complete deliverable.

If you’ve worked through the worksheet and want expert eyes on what came out of it, this is a straightforward way to sense-check your shortlist and decide what’s worth doing next.
