You've got client work nailed.

But your business isn't structured to support it.

60 minute diagnostic; Written report with your priorities & next steps within 48 hours.

You're excellent at what you do.

You can read a room, write a proposal that gets a yes, and deliver work that clients come back for.

What's less solid is everything around it.

You rewrite proposals from scratch. You lose track of how you've structured similar projects. You can't easily explain your method to a new associate. And every time you sit down to work out where AI fits, it's not clear where to start.

It’s not that you’re behind.

It’s that you’ve been too busy delivering to build the structure around what you do.

The consultants I work with are hugely capable and expert at what they do. What’s missing is structure around that capability.

You haven't left it too late.

The businesses that make good use of AI aren't the early adopters — they're the ones who stopped to think before they adopted anything.

From the outside, your business looks solid. From the inside, it takes more energy than it should.

You spend Sunday evening rewriting a proposal because the last version wasn’t quite right.

You turn down work because you’re at max capacity, even when the revenue would help.

You're aware that AI is becoming part of how professionals work, but every guide you read assumes you're starting from scratch or already halfway there.

This is what the AI Clarity Session is for.

It’s a structured diagnostic — not a coaching session, not a training course. I look at how you currently deliver your work, where the inefficiency lives, and what AI could realistically do for you in your business. Then I tell you what I see.

Why this works

I spent over 20 years inside regulated financial services — leading operational change, managing transformation risk, and building the structures that help organisations make decisions that hold up to scrutiny.

I'm not here to sell you AI. â€‹I'm here to help you work out what's worth changing in your business — and what isn't.

I also researched how small professional service firms actually adopt AI, as part of my MSc. So the advice isn't theoretical — it's grounded in how businesses like yours really work.

“You bring strategic thinking and change management expertise, not just AI training. That makes the difference for people like me who need to understand the why, not just the how"

Data and professional judgement

If you're cautious about data and confidentiality, you're right to be.

The session is conducted over a private, encrypted video call (Microsoft Teams) and nothing is recorded without your consent. The written report is sent directly to you by email and is not stored on shared platforms or third-party services.

ChatGPT Enterprise is used in preparing the report. Under OpenAI's Enterprise agreement, your data is not used to train AI models — this is a default protection, not something that has to be opted into. If you'd like to review this yourself, OpenAI's enterprise privacy commitments are published at openai.com/enterprise-privacy.

If you're discussing client situations — even in general terms — please anonymise as you normally would in a professional context. That's sufficient. You don't need to share anything confidential to get a useful diagnosis.

FAQs

What if I've never used AI?

That’s fine. The session is about how your business works, not what tools you’ve tried. Most of the useful work happens before any AI is involved.

What if I've already experimented with AI?

Also fine. The session helps you work out what’s actually worth continuing with and what you can drop.

How technical is this?

Not at all. I don’t code, and I don’t expect you to either. The session is about your work and your priorities — not tools.

What happens after the session?

You get the written report with actionable next steps you can run yourself. That's the complete deliverable.

Will this change how my work sounds or feels?

No. The AI Clarity Session doesn’t touch your client work directly. We’re looking at how you currently operate — your structure, your process, your habits — not your voice or your method. Where AI does come into the picture, it’s to support the operational side: drafting, structuring, organising. What you produce for clients stays yours and under your control.

If this keeps niggling at you, book a session to sort it out properly.  We'll look at your business as it actually is and decide what's worth doing.
