Here's exactly how this works.
The session runs over a private, encrypted video call (Microsoft Teams).
You send me any relevant information in advance, and I use that plus our conversation transcript to prepare your written summary and I use Microsoft365 Copilot in this process.
You don't need to share any client information at all - if you want to show me examples you can redact any confidential aspects.
FAQs
What if I don't have a list of my processes?
That’s completely fine. I will do my homework and bring with me a range of typical tasks and processes that underpin firms like yours. Part of the session will be reviewing these and working out which are the ones that drive your business forward.
What if AI isn't the answer?
Also fine. I won't push AI where a template, process change, delegation or a simpler fix would make more sense.
What do I get at the end?
